Awful customer service. They did not pick me from the airport and left me stranded at the Dallas love field airport. They were rude on the phone both times I talked to them that night and then on the phone about my experience of not getting picked from the airport. They will not refund my money. I will never think about staying at a Hilton or embassy suites ever again!

Tiny rooms. Friendly staff. Evening social very rudimentary. Good and very fast breakfast. Practically in Love Field. Considering the closeness to Love, it is very quiet. My GPS had issues, but I did not. High recommendations, especially when taking an early flight.

The proximity to DAL airport was really, really close. So close that you could hear airplanes landing at times. It was not incredibly loud though. Positives: Proximity to airport Comfortable beds Relatively quiet during my stay Cons: Noisy atrium during some business event Internet was lousy (even after talking to front desk and them giving me a code to. connect) Tips: All the rooms face in to the atrium so depending on whether there's an event going on you'll hear a lot of noise from the inside of the hotel. I was assigned a room in the back of the hotel not facing the street and the noise I heard came from inside. There is a Target, Chick-Fil-A and Jimmy Johns all within walking distance (though I'd take a car if you can to Target). Don't bother checking in and choosing a room online. I did and I ended up having to go to. the front desk and them assigning me a room. The front desk didn't really help with amenities or even telling me where the elevators were. I didn't stay for any of the receptions or breakfast. The rooms are clean but really dated. The couches weren't terribly comfortable and all the fixtures were an off-white that reminded me of the 80's. There is a fee for parking but I did not once see any security and the area is not gated.

Love this hotel, always have. Super location close enough to everything though of course you have to drive or be picked up. Don't eat breakfast, but the one time we did they are so friendly and serve excellent omelets. Also don't usually partake of the cocktail hour - however we do enjoy coming home after dinner and going to the bar. Always a friendly server and a decent selection, with nice snacks also on offer. cant believe all those trees outside at the back - such a view. Front desk were all super friendly

Our daughter's university was playing in a bowl game so we decided to drive 10 hours to Dallas. Because of the amount of Hilton Honors points we had, I focused our hunt on Embassy Suites since we've had many good experiences with them. After reading some of the reviews on Trip Advisor, I was a little nervous about all the locations in town. What evolved was a most pleasant trip to Dallas. I had preselected our room through the Hilton Honors ap. Great view of Love Field and downtown on the 8th floor. The room was very quiet even with the airport next door. If we had people in the rooms on either side of us, we couldn't tell. I sleep hot so we cranked the A/C down which made the bedroom very cold. The living area did not get as cool as the bedroom. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was for the evening reception. In comparison to other Embassy Suites we've stayed in across the Midwest and Texas, the food was very limited. Breakfast was delicious, but again did not have as many choices as other Embassy Suites. We had to ask every day for extra towels. We had four people and they only gave 3 towel sets. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again.
